Ronald McDonald House New York 25th Annual Gala

On May 15, 2017, Ronald McDonald House New York celebrated their 25th Annual Gala and we were fortunate to have engaged Hamptons Affair to assist us with many aspects of the events planning and execution. We were very happy that we had done so. Margaret Grioli’s many years of directly applicable experience in running the corporate meetings and corporate video production for a major retailer was of vast assistance to us in a year of huge changes. After 24 years we were no longer at the Waldorf Astoria due to their renovations, and we had an extremely late start in engaging our fundraising committee and Honorees for a variety of reasons. Margaret’s experience and professionalism took away so many of the worries that we would have otherwise have found to be a huge distraction, she was in on many key decisions about how the prioritization of pre-planning would work, the interface with the hotel staff, the florist, the show’s production and the many vendor relationships. Thanks to her our event flowed smoothly from beginning to end, we had three excellent videos and best of all we were able to raise our goal and over a million more. We could never have done our 25th without her and probably won’t consider doing our 26th without her either.
